MyReview V2 in beta-test The demo version of MyReview V2 can be tested at http://myreview.lri.fr. The V2 brings many new features, and is internally built over the Zend Framework platform.

MyReview is an open-source web application for managing the paper submission and paper review phases. We aim at providing the most complete, powerful and flexible software of its kind (if you disagree, please let us know why!). It has been used by hundreds of conferences and journals worldwide. Search Google with keywords "MyReview" and "Conference" to check the world-wide users of MyReview.

MyReview is implemented with PHP and MySQL, and distributed under the GNU General Public Licence. For small and medium-size conferences (say, less than 150 submissions), MyReview is easy to set up, administrate and use. For larger settings we recommend that you use our support. For a reasonsable price we shall take in charge the installation, configuration, and administration of the system. More infos below.

Main features

Join us!

MyReview provides many unique features, among which:
  • A quite extended list of functionalities: automatic installation, one-phase or two-phases submission, multiple paper formats, updates of submissions, password recall, blind reviews or not, customizable review form, collect of PC members preferences and preferred topics, free SQL queries, automatic and manual assignement, customizable list of status, browsing mechanism for large datasets, template-based mails, management of authors, multi-criteria classification of papers, support for debates on conflicting papers, PDF output, notification to authors, camera-ready support, etc.
  • Full presentation/logic independence. MyReview relies on the PHP templates mechanism. Basically it means that the presentation is independent from the logic of the application. In particular you can implement freely your own graphical design and plug the MyReview functionalities in your HTML pages very easily. All the mails sent to the various actors can also be modified completely independently from the PHP code.
The MyReview development is now open to all contibutors, either for the code, or the documentation, or both. You can provide help with
  1. User Documentation (LaTeX required)
  2. Translation of the MyReview interface; we send you an XML file with English or French texts: you send back the same file, translated in any language. Easy, quick and really appreciated.
  3. PHP development; MyReview V2 is based on the Zend Framework: any developer with advanced programming appetite is welcome.
The administrator of the project is Philippe Rigaux (p.rigaux@karmicsoft.com). Please contact me if you want to participate.
